7(a) and Commercial Lenders - NEWLY ADDED Origination Fees and Points Fields

We added fields for Origination Fees and Points % to a new tab within a Primary Loan record. They are under a new tab called "Origination Fees".

 

*For those with Transaction Level Reporting (TLR) requirements, these fields will now be included in the TLR export from Ventures!

 

 

 

 

 

New Reporting Field - Demanded

We added the field "Demanded" to Reporting. Now, you can add Demanded as a field in your report and/or as a filter on your report.
