Screen Out Reasons

This page allows you to add additional screen out reasons. Items entered here appear in the drop down menu when you are recording a screen out in the SBA menu.

An account with Administrator access is required to access this screen.

  • Click Administration in the menu at the top of the screen. 
  • Click Reference in the menu on the left. A submenu will appear.
  • In the submenu click SBA, another submenu will appear.
  • In the submenu click Screen Out Reasons. 

You will see a list of reasons already in your system.

  • To add a reason click Add.

 

 

  • The add screen out reason pop up will appear. Enter a name for the reason you are creating. This is the name that will appear in the dropdown menu when a user is selecting it, so make it as descriptive as possible.
  • When you finish filling out the reason, click save. The pop up will disappear and you should see the reason you have created in the table.

 

  • To edit a reason click the hyperlinked reason in the table. The edit reason popup will appear. It is identical to the Add Screen Out Reason pop up pictured above. Make your edits and click save.
