You can copy and paste SendNow links directly into emails, web templates, or the body of an email in a tickler template. However you may want to change how the link looks, to make it more professional.

To make changes to how the link looks you can use the Insert Link feature in Gmail, Google Docs, Microsoft Word (other similar email providers or word processors should also have this capability) to create a hyperlink with text you can choose.

The Insert Link feature is usually represented by an icon that looks like this   It may look slightly different depending on what you are using.

In Gmail:

  • In the pop up, type in what you want the link to say in the "Text to Display" field.
  • Ensure the web address option is selected and paste the link to the SendNow site in the field labeled "To what URL should this link go to"

  • Click Okay. The pop up will disappear and the link will generate. It will display the text you entered in the "Text to Display" field. When clicked it will take you to the SendNow link you pasted in the "To what URL should this link go to" field.
