Adding Recipients to SendNow Sites

You can create a list of recipients to be included in the Recipient field of SendNow sites. If you include the Recipient field in your SendNow site, Borrowers will be able to select a recipient for the documents they are uploading from the Recipient field.

This article covers how to add Recipients for inclusion in the recipient field on SendNow sites. You also have the ability to specify recipients for specific SendNow sites. This is done in the site set up pop up. You can review instructions on how to do this here.

Note: If you do not add recipients to the master recipient list below, you will not be able to include them as specific recipients for a SendNow site. Add them to the master recipient list as explained below first.

 

A site administrator account is needed to add Recipients to the Recipient field. You can Recipients individually, or you can bulk add Recipients based on their Job Role in Ventures.

 

Adding Recipients Individually:

 

  • Click Administration in the menu at the top of the page.
  • Click SendNow in the menu on the left. A submenu will appear.
  • Click Recipients in the submenu.

 

You will see a list of any Recipients already set up

 

  • Click Add. A pop up will appear.

 

 

  • In the Contact field, enter the Contact who you wish to add to the Recipient field. Type in the name and the field will display records matching your entry. When you see the person you are looking for click them to select them.
  • When you select the Contact, the Recipient field automatically populate with the information from the Contact you selected.
  • You can use the SendNow Site Recipient On field to add the recipient as a site specific recipient for any existing active SendNow sites. Clicking on the field will display all active SendNow sites. You can select as many as you need to. Click the X on the selected site to remove the site from the field. This saves you having to navigate to the site settings of the site and adding the recipient there.
  • Enter an email address. This is the email SendNow will send notifications to for this recipient.
  • Make sure the Active checkbox is checked. If it is not the Recipient will not appear in the dropdown list as an option.
  • When you finish filling in the information, review it, then click save.
  • The pop up will disappear, you should see the Recipient you have created listed in the table. 

 

 

Adding Recipients in bulk based on their Job Role in Ventures:

  • From the Recipients page click the Bulk Add button. A pop up will appear.

 

 

  • In the pop up use the Job Role dropdown menu to select the Job Role you would like to bulk add as Recipients. Any Ventures user assigned the Job Role you select will be added as a Recipient.

 

 

  • Click Add Recipients.
     


     
  • You will see a loading bar. Once the process is complete, you will see a pop up summarizing how many Recipients were added. The system will not create duplicate Recipients. If the user is already listed in the Recipient list, they will not be added again.
