UI changes to be excited about!

We listened to some user suggestions and made a few changes regarding scrolling and saving data in menus. 

1. Changes you will see within loan records:

   • The header reference now floats as the user scrolls down. This gives the user a reference of the record they are in and allows them to SAVE data without having to scroll back up to the header.

   • Within Analysis > Financial Statements > Within a spread, the SAVE button has moved to the floating reference header so that a user can save while further down in the spread and avoid having to scroll back up.

2. A change you will see throughout your site is the left side menu will also float as user scrolls down.

SBA Lenders - New Collateral fields added for Terms & Conditions verbiage to merge

• Acquired or Later Acquired - New dropdown field called “Security Interest Extent” added in the Collateral Menu > Collateral Type records > second tab > Other Details section. If "Acquired with Loan or Project Proceeds" is selected, and the information is sent to ETRAN, the When Acquired with Loan or Project Proceeds verbiage will be added to the generated Terms & Conditions document. If "Whether now owned or later acquired" is selected, and the information is sent to ETRAN, the Whether now owned or later acquired  verbiage will be added to the generated Terms & Conditions document.
• Landlord Waiver - New checkbox field “Landlord Waiver Required” added in the Collateral Menu > Collateral Type records > second tab > Other Details section. If checked, and the information is sent to ETRAN, the written agreement for all lessors verbiage will be added to the generated Terms & Conditions document. 

7(a) Lenders - Updated SBA Form 2237 “7(a) Loan Post-Approval Action Checklist ” available

The latest version of SBA Form 2237 is available in the document generation page for 7(a) loans. It will populate data from the loan when it is generated!
