The CAIVRS, SAM, OFAC and CIP menu options all function in the same way. They display information entered for the entity. You can access these menus from the overview menu of the loan. Think of them as quick reference pages where you can see, at a glance, CAIVRS, SAM, OFAC or CIP information for entities in your loan

• Click on Verification in the Overview menu of the loan.
• Choose either CAIVRS, SAM, OFAC or CIP from the submenu that appears.

If a company or contact does not have information listed on one of these pages:

• Click their name. We will use an entry on the CAIVRS page as an example.

• Their entity information will load directly to the tab where you can enter the relevant information.'

• Click save.

If a company or contact does not appear on one of these pages, they have not been set up as an entity properly. Please review your Entities menu.
