Contact Virtual Cards

Contact Virtual Cards are the same regardless of the role the contact has.

The General Tab: Allows you to enter basic information for the contact including their name, title, contact information, what roles the contact has in the system, whether to associate them with a marketing list if you have any set up and the additional information section, where you can list former names. The former names field for SVA 504 loans, flows to section two of the 1244 “Information required to be submitted by each associate of the applicant.”

The Associated Companies Tab: allows you to see any Companies associated with the Contact. You will also see the loan number associated with the Contact and Company. Click on the loan number to navigate to the loan.

If a contact moves to another company. Mark them as inactive using the Active check mark on the General Tab and create a new entry for the contact with their updated company. Do not delete their old entry! It will affect any loan files they are a part of.

The Associated Loans Tab: will show any loan files the contact is a part of. You can click on the hyperlinked loan number to access the loan file.
