The Contacts Menu

Think of the contacts menu as your reference for every individual associated with your organization, organizations you work with and individuals that are part of loans you are working on.

Whether you are adding a user to your site, a contact for a loan, a person who owns an entity or any other individual, their record will appear here.

You can filter the table by the contact’s role, their territory, or if they have been included as part of a marketing list. You can use the search bar to search for a specific contact.

You can add contacts directly using the Add button on this page or through a variety of fields in Ventures. Click here for more information on adding contacts.

You can merge duplicate contact records using the Merge button. Click here for more information on merging contacts.
