The Valuation Summary screen will display a list of all collateral entered for the loan along with the collaterals estimated value, liquidation value, any existing liens, its lien position and its net value.

• Click on Collateral in the overview menu of the loan
• Click on Valuation Summary in the submenu that appears.
• You can use the Analysis of Collateral Adequacy section to enter your analysis of the collateral. This will translate to the credit memo collateral analysis section. If you select the Use Project Property’s calculation narrative, the narrative from the project property valuation tab will be used instead. 

All of the information is pulled from the Valuation tab in the Collateral section of the loan, if information here is incorrect:

• Click on the name of the collateral to edit the information. The collateral information screen will load

• Click the Valuation Tab. Fill in the information that needs correcting and click save.
