The Review section shows you validation errors that exist in your loan file.

When you change a loan’s status, you will see a list of validations pop up. The validations that you see do not stop you from changing the loan status or working on the loan. 

The review section lets you review said validations. As the loan moves through statuses, more validations may populate.

• To access the Review page, from the Overview menu of the loan click on Review.
• The Review page will load. Use the filter options to set what kind of review items you want the list to display, and what category the validation is related to. 

• Items with a Red X in the status column indicate that the Validation described by the Item field has NOT been met.
• Items with a Green Tick mark are validations that have been met. No further action is required with these validations.
• Items with a Yellow Warning icon are warnings, usually that a task will be overdue soon.

To correct a Validation, you can click on the hyperlinked rule name, Ventures will load the corresponding page where the validation for the item can be fixed. Fill in or update the relevant information and click save. You can return to the review page to check if the validation was resolved successfully.
