The Key Man Insurance menu option in the collateral menu allows you to enter a reason why key man life insurance is not required.

In the Overview page of the loan:

• Click Collateral
• Click Key Man Insurance in the submenu that appears.
• Fill in the reason in the text box and click save. This narrative field will translate to the credit memo.
