The Title & Escrow menu is visible for all loan types.

You can access it from the Closing Requirements menu in the loan's overview menu.

• Click on Closing Requirements in the overview menu.
• Click on Title & Escrow

The title and escrow page contains:

• The Title Company Section, where you can record information covering the title company, a contact for the company, a policy number and a preliminary date.
• The Title Fees Section, where you can record the quote amount, an endorsement fee amount, a recording fee amount, a mechanic lien endorsement amount, a recon tracking fee and the policy reissuance fee.   
• The Title Company Instructions which contains fields to record Items to show, Items to delete and schedule b items.
• Finally the Escrow Company section where you can record the escrow company, an officer for said company and the escrow number.
• Click Save when you finish filling out the information on the page.
