Gateway Notes

Within an Application's Summary page, a Lender can record comments related to the application in the Notes section. Only Lender users will see and have access to the Notes section. Third Party users and applicants will not see this section or be able to view/add notes. The notes that are recorded will be added to the Notes menu in Ventures when pushing the application from Gateway to Ventures. The notes will be listed before the unmapped Application data in Ventures and they will be in order from earliest to most recently added in application. Once an application has been pushed to Ventures, the Notes section in Gateway will be locked and users will not be able to add additional notes or delete existing ones. The user can add additional notes in the Ventures record.

 

 

How to add or view notes within an application:

  • Login to Gateway

  • Click on the hyperlink application number you want 

  • Scroll down and click on View Notes button on the lower left corner of the Application Summary page

  • If you want to add a note, click New Note button, add the note, and click Create button

  • If you want to view a note in its entirety or edit the content, click on the edit icon 

  • If you want to remove the note, click on the trash icon
