Applications can be pushed from Gateway to Ventures. This can include data entered into the application and documents uploaded to document requests. Please note, an application needs to be in Submitted or Reviewed status in order to be pushed to Ventures. These statuses means all required data and document uploads have been completed. Please read KB Article Gateway Application Status for more information on statuses.

How to push an application from Gateway to Ventures:

  • Login to Gateway

  • Click on the hyperlink application number you want to push

  • Click the Actions button

  • Select Push to Ventures

  • You will be prompted to confirm you want to Push to Ventures, so select Push to Ventures again

How to know an application was pushed to Ventures successfully:

  • Push Progress notification indicating push Success after initiating push

  • The pushed date and Ventures hyperlinked log number will be visible in the Status section of the application

  • Link icon visible in the Applications grid view

How to know a record in Ventures came from Gateway:

  • User can confirm the record came from Gateway in the Loan > General Menu > General Tab > Source System field

NOTE: The error message Data Push Success, Document Failure means application data was pushed to Ventures to create a record, but document(s) or some documents have not been pushed over. This is because there are document request types that have not been mapped to Document Types in Ventures. You can go to the Activity Log in the application and click on the View Log button to see which documents did not push over.
